Once again, I experienced an intense day of training of the highest order. Robin Städler taught us trainers his latest developments. He not only made us sweat and achieve peak performance, but also delivered top-notch strength training.
How wonderful it is that this training method can be performed not only by top Swiss athletes but also by anyone! The most fascinating aspect is that the method combines many elements: strength, coordination, flexibility, balance, endurance, reaction, perseverance, and focus. For me, it is the best training ever.
